Achieve complete happiness and inspire dreams.
Ken Leibundguth
Experience & Background
Welcome to Living in the CSRA! My name is Ken and I am a local Realtor here in the CSRA. I grew up in the Midwest in a western suburb of Chicago, IL. I attended Aurora University where I earned my Bachelors in Business & Commerce and Finance and later earned my MBA from DeVry University. In 2014, I started working at a national mortgage company where I learned all the ins and outs of the mortgage and real estate industry. However, my most valuable take away from my experience was through managing and leading others. I was able to build trust and respect from my peers and employees through integrity, hard-work and constant communication. In 2022, I felt the effects of COVID-19 when interest rates hiked and I lost my job. I took it in stride though and began my journey as a Realtor where I can use my learned and natural skills to help people like you achieve your homeownership dreams.
Family Life
I am the proud husband of an RN/IBCLC and father of three (3) immaculate children. My entire life and world revolves around these 4 incredible humans and they are the reason I give my all to real estate. I met my wife in college in 2011 where we quickly and accidentally fell in love (there’s a story there). Fast-forward 3 years to when we bought our very first home at the tender age of 23 and proceeded to build lasting memories; including getting married, having our 1st child, and being surprised by the news our 2nd was on the way. We accomplished a lot in those 4 years before upsizing to a home that could fit four (4) people and a dog. It only took a few more years and a 3rd baby on the way for us to realize that the frigid winters and even more frigid tax rates were not our idea of a good time. And that leads us to where we are now, absolutely loving life in the beautiful (and not frigid) CSRA!
Fitness and Hobbies
When I’m not enjoying time with my family and friends you can find me at my home away from home, Fit Augusta, putting the same effort into health and wellness that I do to supporting my family. I love getting active as often as I can, whether that is Crossfit, softball, basketball, or hiking. For more of those lowkey times, I enjoy watching movies or anime, reading a book, or playing video games. Quick aside, I am always looking to make new friends that share my love for gaming, hardcore punk, and Attack on Titan (or Hunter X Hunter), so please feel free to reach out. Even if it is just to ask what I thought about the new Falling in Reverse music video.
Reach out with any questions!
